What is a sound bath or sound healing session?
Sound healing sessions are potent offerings which allow one to receive selected and intuitively guided sound vibrations while sitting in a chair or fully clothed on a massage table. These sounds may include intentional and sacred drumming, Tibetan bowls, gongs, shamans rattle, flutes, toning, crystal singing pyramid or crystal singing bowls played for personal transformation and empowerment.
A sound bath has the potential to clear the mind and emotions of heaviness to an uplifted state that allows for spontaneous healing, fuller flow, expansion and personal transformation. Sound is a powerful tool which can be used to activate and harmonize the body, spirit and mind for empowerment. A sound healing session or sound bath may feel very relaxing, activating, refreshing or simply allow for spontaneous emotional releases opening the space for increased clarity, healing and empowerment.
Karma has completed drum circle facilitator certification and training through Andrew Ecker in 2021. This has provided her with training and experience in holding sacred space through sound, drumming and within community. As well Karma is naturally able to tune into the energy field of an individual or group assisting to bring about personal transformation and empowerment utilizing cultivated intuition, wisdom, intention and experiential devotional ceremony.
